Hi, I am 27 weeks pregnant and so far my child has had a routine where she sleeps most off the day and is awake at night, but for the past 48 hours she has been awake constantly and I have been having a strange tingling sensation in my lower abdonem which comes and goes, is this normal?

It can be normal. Make sure you are drinking enough water. No chewing ice. If it's hot where you live make sure you drink anywhere from 2 liters to a gallon of water per day.
