Ten kilos might be more than necessary. I checked, and your ideal weight is around 52kg, but you could be very healthy higher than that.
The most important thing is to get your diet in order. Cut out all the white carbs (sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cereals) and eat more protein, healthy fats and green vegetables.
Become more active in your ordinary life, stand rather than sit, and walk as much as possible. Also, try to get some regular exercise where you pant and sweat.
