    Prepare 1 ppm solution of oil
    I want to prpare a 1 to 10 ppm solution of oil ( extracted from seed) in ether , so hw much quantity of oil should I take to prepare 10 ml of 1ppm oil solution

    1 ppm is 1 milligram gram in 1 litre.

    So, in 10 mL, you'll need 1/1000 * 10 = 0.01 mg of oil to get 1 ppm, or 0.1 mg of oil to get 10 ppm.
