There is a cemitary in our area that the last known pearson to be buried there was in 1922 it was my great grandfather we would love to be abel to take care of it or at least have access to it and there is work being done around it and no access how can I find out who owns it or who owns the road leading to it

Usually this would be something that would be of public record. So you can either ask and the office of the planning commission or look it up in the land records. The city may own it also and it could be part of a historic site. Start at city hall for records.
