If someone owe's you a lot of money can you put a lien on their life insurance policy and also if Las Vegas is a common law state and you know for a fact that your ex husband bought a home with his girlfriend and put the house under her and her father as a joint tenant and her father lives in another state but did it for the benefit that he wouldn't get caught for fraud.
