Uhmmm well I have this assessment due I'm studying business and we have learnt are few on periodic and perptual inventory system for business, but the thing is I'm not really condfident on how I'm suppose to due this because of not good communication with the tutor.

I don't have any idea what you're doing with this. You could be referring to entries for inventory dealings, or you could be referring to keeping track of costs. Each of those is like an entire chapter, so a little difficult for someone to just explain everything in a post on a forum.
