Im baking pork chops tonight and I'm trying to think of something to go with it. What do you guys think?

I was thinking mashed potatoes w/ gravy and corn :-)

What are your thoughts??

Fried Potatoes w/onions, Apple sauce ?
Then maybe a Hotpotato for Desert.

:-)... you gave me an idea... Fried potatoes... mmm... I may buy some potatoes and cook for breakfast this weekend, with onions lol. Haven't had that in a long while.

I think I may make a cake tomorrow for dessert though.

Mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cornbread, and peach cobbler for dessert.

Just before the chops are done, put on a spoonful of apple sauce and sliced cheese and toast.
Nice combo.
