This kraft paper is brown in colour and used for insulating aluminium wire in transformers I need to remove this paper from wire chemically in cheap process please tell me

No ,because aluminium gets black an soft ,can u suggest any chemical to degrade paper

What gauge is the aluminum wire and is the paper bonded to the wire with a substance, please? Also, why are you needing to remove the paper?
