hey do you think that elder people ought to value younger people like as though the younger are elder,, while not thinking that the younger would value the elder

I think that the young people in church should get involved and the older people should help them along. Paul told Timothy "Let no one despise thy youth...". However, the young people are told to respect their elders and more often than not the older people are more knowledgabel on certain subjects. The older people have more experience in lots of matters.
