6.0 Ford diesel starts when cold, but not after it gets hot. Runs fine otherwise, but after I drive it, I have to wait an hour or two to start again. Dealer replaced the injector module, but it still does it. Any ideas?

meterko921, you may have a blown head gasket or a cracked head.
Just had new headgasket put in and the checked the heads not even 6 months ago
Can't tell you then, assuming the mechanic did a first-class job and used a top quality head gasket (e.g. FelPro).
Yea forget the name of the head gaskets. Had him do a egr delete. Kit and set of arp head studs as well
