    Cousin is Pregnant
First off, if your going to comment on her age do not post.

My cousin is 16 years old and found out about 2 weeks ago she is pregnant. She is ten weeks along (According to the doctor). I have had many friends who have gotten pregnant young and had babies and what not but never anyone as close to me as my cousin. Were best friends and I want to help her. She has plenty of support but may struggle financially (Her boyfriend has a good job and such but... ) I am just wondering what are something's I could by her to help her out? I am already buying her a stroller (I wanted to by the bedroom set but her and her boyfriend are doing that together) and I want to stuff the stroller full of things but I can't figure out what? Also, When should I start buying stuff?

I would hold off buying things till you find out if the baby is a boy or girl, my sister inlaw and sister are both pregnant right now and I have had to restrain form buying stuff for my sister inlaw because we still don't know the sex, my sister is 5 1/2 months and having a girl so I've been going crazy buying stuff, its just easier to buy when you know what gender, your cousin should find out buy 19 weeks if she wants to know that is, also as a staple I always buy diapers diaper diapers and wipes, you can never have to many and I always buy multipule sizes you never know when the baby will need bigger. To kind personalize the gift I decorate the wipe case with fabric and make a daiper cake for the baby showers, I have 4 soon to be 5 nieces so I have doen this a few times! You can learn to make both on you tube! Good luck to you and your cousin babies are a blessing!

Where I live the doctor's won't tell you if it is a boy or a girl, so I won't know until it is born..

How about opening a savings account for the baby?

You could open it in your name and then transfer whatever you save into an account for the baby?

Or if you can't open an account, what about saving for something for when the baby is born?

I think being her friend is important and having a peer around to talk to .

You can always pick gender neutral colors and patterns
