The letter q sticks and when the computer starts up or when I try to do a search the q is typed all over the search box, or I can hear it typing in the background after the computer starts up. Now other keys are not responding - the I, o, e, left shift and caps lock are those that I've discovered

Keyboard bad or damaged (fluid spill) be the first thing to check. Do you have another keyboard to swap to see if the problem is isolated to the current keyboard?
