In my opinion, I think you should tell your boyfriend. It's better for you to tell him up front than to hear it later from his bro.

This is a sticky situation, but it sounds to me like his bro might use this to blackmail you later. Don't allow that to happen... talk to your boyfriend now and nip it in the butt.

If you tell him the truth and he chooses to believe the lies his bro tells, then he's just not worth it.

Yes, it's called lying to your parents. As long as you are under your father's roof, he gets to make decisions on your behalf.

Of course, you could always get a job and your own apartment, get emancipated, then you can do what you want.

Things like this are posted all the time and then children wonder why their parents don't trust them.

If I were molested at one party I wouldn't sneak out to go to another - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/relati...ml#post2485615

    Hello s:

Obey your parents. It doesn't hurt to ask WHY they're doing what they're doing, though.

Apparently this wasn't too big a problem for you because you are planning to sneak out of your house, against your father's wishes, to attend another party - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/other-...ml#post2485816

Again - I'm not sure what the truth is and think these threads should be combined.

Your parents are looking out for your well-being. Don't sneak out just to talk to your boyfriend. Why not just call him up and tell him about the situation with his bro?
