1970s Movie, Horror About Women
In this movie, a man and his wife goes to a small country town. People are living there like mormons somewhat, farming, and wearing 18 century clothes. In one scene, they are at a festival or town picnic, a young muscular blond haired guy climbs to the top of a poll ( which looks like a utility poll), and he does a hand stand at the top and causes panic. This town seem to be controlled by an old lady who has power over all the women.
One scene, a lady introduces her husband, and he is blind. His eyes had been plucked out, probably by the old woman.
At the end, the old woman has the whole town to participate in something that looks like a voodo ritiual. The husband and wife mention earlier, the husband discovers his wife at the ritual and tries to get her out of there, he is attached by women. He fights vigoursly but is overcome by all the women. His wife has sex in the ritual with the young blond guy who had climb to the top of the poll. In the end, the old woman comes by to visit the wife, and she is 9 months pregnant, and the husband is blind sitting in a chair emotionless, apparently the old woman has fixed him. I think the young blond guy who had climb to the top of the poll was killed after he impregnated the wife.
