    Discharge- What could it be?
I have a thick, white, creamy vaginal discharge and have had it for over two years. When I had my annual exam, my doctor said it was a yeast infection. He treated me for the infection but I still have the discharge. I don't have an odor, itching, or burning but I often feel extremely moist in my private area. What else could it be?

It may just be normal discharge for you. It can vary from woman to woman and from cycle to cycle. Is it this way throughout an entire cycle or do you notice some change and then it goes back to the white, creamy discharge?

Some women are more prone to consistent yeast infections that can be difficult to treat, but two years would be highly unlikely.

Did your doctor determine a yeast infection from looking at it or from testing?

It may also be that this is normal for you and you just happened to have the start of a yeast infection when you went in.
