I have been searching high and low for the Mary Browns coating recipe for their chicken and taters.

I would like to know the recipe for the coating for Mary Browns chicken and taters. Can anyone help me?

Hi Claire here's a recipe I think you'll find just like Mary Browns

8 cups of Flour
1 tsp Cumin
3 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp White Pepper
3 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup MSG
1/2 cup Salt
1 Tbsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Paprika

Mix well together... Store in a cool dry place...
