My 2003 Suburban has an a/c problem: passenger side runs hot, driver side runs cold. I need help to figure out why this happened & how do I fix it.

I'd be curious to see if you have any codes stored, like a code for binding/seized mode doors. Anything like that?
You probably have an passenger side mode door actuator motor that is seizing and will soon stop completely.
