Your post doesn't even makes sense!
Newton's second law states that when a constant force is applied to a body of mass m, the body gets a constant acceleration a in the direction of the force, or, F = ma. Or, that the rate of change of linear momentum is directly proportional to the force applied on a body.
What are you exactly looking for?
