This is an older movie with a black haired teenage boy and a wolf dog. At one point in the movie there is this younger black haired boy that wears a hat and later they find out the boy is a girl. Also during one point in the movie they try to board a train. It seems to be set in poineer times or old mining times I think. Its not white fang. I watched this movie about 15 years ago and I haven't seen it since. Please help.
