    Hair color help!
I have posted about this before but I still need helP! My hair is naturally blonde but I have always dyed it really light blonde with a box dye. I recently had it professionally dyed dark brown(it took about 3 times). And it faded to about a med. Brown. After about a month it was still just to dark for me. So I used a Color Corrector from Sallys(doesn't have bleach in it so not as damaging) and it is supposed to make it a nasty orange color. And it turned out dark orange blonde. THen it was ready for re-color so I dyed it lightest blonde from dye at Sallys. It turned it a light golden brown(much lighter then what I started it)so that was the first step. THen a few weeks later I dyed it medium blonde(box dye, I know.bad for your hair!) and it turned a dark blonde with no gold(which I liked) then I added highlights. I don't like the streaky look and my goal is to get all the way blonde again. My question is should I do a Color Corrector again and the result of that will be lighter orange then it turned out before because my hair is much lighter now. And then dye it a blonde? OR just bleach and tone it and deal with the damage and then condition a TON and make it healthy again?

In order to go blonde, you will need to bleach your hair to a yellow level/shade and then apply a toner. The color you see on the box is not the color you'll end up with. Try not to dye your hair excessively with box colors, it will turn your hair an unpleasant color and even damage it. The bleaching and toning process is difficult. Please go to the salon and have the color done.
