A long time ago I saw bits and pieces of this movie, and I've just about Googled my fingers off trying to find out what it was. The scenes I saw, or what I remember of them, are this:

Some tourists, including a typical fat American guy and his wife get trapped along with three soldiers(Two male and one female) out in the desert somewhere. They set up a little camp. The tourists are discovered buying goat milk from some local peddler... The peddler tries to escape, but they pull his hat or turban off and expose some kind of weird hole or infection, and they realize the milk is tainted with some kind of weird virus.

Also, I remember the three soldiers were driving around in the desert and got stopped by a guy with a shotgun pointed at them, who made them strip to their underwear to make sure they didn't have this virus, or whatever.

Anyone have any ideas? I think this one's going to be tough...
