Is it possible to get him back
My ex is seeing someone else. We have been together 5 years and apart for a few months. He says he still loves me, but wants to try things with this other guy to. I have told him I am willing to come down and save things and he says he just doesn't know what he wants. Am I banging my head against a brick wall or do I just give him the time he says he needs?

Do you really want a relationship with such a confused person? How can this be healthy when they galavant, around, and you sit around waiting like, a zip damn fool, for them to come to their senses? How about cutting the loses, and stop playing doormat for the confused, that is of course unless that's the way you like it.

Stop banging your head against a brick wall and give him the time he says he needs. He isn't worth your time and energy. Run away from this one and let him deal with the fallout from his own indecisiveness.

He's gone. He says he doesn't know what he wants is the nice way of saying he doesn't want you. It took me a few times to hear that to truly understand it. It could't be anymore clear since he's dating others.

Your banging your head against a brick wall, why are you so rough with yourself. Please understand somebody confused. Going with somebody else. Trying things out. Then if it does not work out then the decision of coming back will be made but do you want to wait for that?

If I were you, I would try to move on. It sounds like he wants to have his cake and eat it, too. If he really doesn't want to lose you, he'll prove it. Don't make the mistake of letting him string you along. It sounds like he just wants you around in case things don't work out. That doesn't sound like he holds you in very high regards. Move on and find someone else. If you wait for him, you may become bitter and resentful of the three of you. For loves sake, let him go.

I will always think that a person "confused" and at the same time dating others, and at the same time an "i still love you" teller is the worst ever poison for a sane brain and heart. It's puzzle that hasn't any solution. How can he/she do this? Do that? If he/she is telling me this/that...

Don't give him the time he wants. GIVE HIM ALL TIME IN THE WORLD. Give him that as Christmas gift. Not with revenge but from the heart.
