My bedroom set is of solid wood with a blonde veneer. There is no manufacturer's name. I has a cedar lined drawer and beautiful brass art deco hardware. I am trying to find out what year it would have been manufactured.

Perhaps a visit to an antique dealer or furniture re-finisher would be best.

Being the refinishing shop does have good access to dated furniture I might start there.

Take a few pictures of the entire unit,front,side and perhaps the bottoms of a drawer and the base(under sides) and one of the back.All these areas help someone to see the joinery,the rough age and overall style of the pieces.
