An old apartment with a café on the ground flor is being forced to sell. These small spaceship/robots crash. There is a large loveable black man who has the mind of a child and some old folk. The owner of the café was in the cocoon movie. The floor in the entrance way has fallen apart and the replacement of the tile is shown. A lot of action happens on the roof where the spaceship/robots are hiding and the produce offspring from junk.
