Hi I think I have implanted yesterday since got red dot on toilet paper which I don't get, cramps on lower right side near pubic bone but now at 3:30am my nipples are starting to get really sensitive and my period isn't due for 8 days or so please help

Premenstrual symptoms can mimic early pregnancy symptoms. It sounds as though you may be expericing premenstrual symptoms.

Until you get, or miss, your period there is no way for us to tell you one way or the other.

If you miss your period take a HPT using first morning urine.
