Can I be pregnant RIGHT after IUD removal?
Ok so I had my IUD removed @ the end of Jun, I had not had a period over a yr prior to it being removed. But the week I was going to get it out I had a period. It lasted 11 days. I was 3 weeks late ON THE DOT for my next period and then I started spotting very VERY light almost nothing redish brown spots . I took a home test when I was a week late and it said no, but could it still mean Im not or am I and need to go to the doc to really know. Its been 2 days now since the spotting. WE REALLY WANT ANOTHER BABY

Which IUD was it? Often it can be "easier' to become pregnant after the removal of a copper as opposed to a hormonal IUD.

It likely is your body just adjusting, but pregnancy is possible.

See what happens when your period is due next month. If you want to see your doctor before that time, by all means, set an appointment. Good luck!
