I just got transferred to sac county on formal probation for misdemeaner dui's the county I was in before only did breathalizers at your home and in the office once a month but I don't know what to expect here.

Expect to be drug tested. That way if you aren't, you'll never be violated.

I don't understand why this is an issue. If you're on probation for a DUI than obviously not consuming alcohol or drugs is part of that probation.

Just don't drink or do drugs and this shouldn't be a concern.

Thanks but another reason why I am concerned is I just got a notice in the mail today (fri) stating that I have to be in his office Monday morning and I had a lot to drink last night.

Well sadly that's something that may cause problems.

Isn't it part of your probation that you aren't supposed to be drinking? If so, why are you drinking?

It's too late to do anything about it now. Hope for the best and stop drinking.
