how can I view my last income tax statement
Can I view my past income tax statements online? I am divorced with no taxable income, however I believe my x is still filing married in order to get the deductions. Is there a way to find out online?

QUOTE,"Can I view my past income tax statements online?"---If you e-filed your prior year income tax return accepted through online taxes, you may access it through the website. But you are unable to make any changes on the forms or schedules; you can only print your schedules or forms. You may also file an amended return through this method for the filings of previous taxation years.

I don't believe there is an IRS site where you can review your previous returns. If you e-filed through a website (like Intuit), you can review your returns at that website. You definitely cannot review the returns of someone else.

If you believe your ex is filing a fraudulent return you can report it to the IRS.

Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and ask for a copy of your tax transcript. If your ex-spouse filed jointly, it will turn up on that transcript.
