Just needing a little help on getting an attorney for my case. I was indited on "medical neglect" charges. I have most of the paperwork for the court date of 10/1/10, but not sure how to get the word across I'm not guilty.Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't understand the case. You are suing DCFS because they falsely indicted you for "medical neglect?" DCFS does not have the power to indict anyone.

Need more info but you need to look at their evidence and bring your own evidence which contradicts or discredits theirs.

No I'm not being sued,I have been "Indicated" with "medical neglect" through the DCFS. According to the paper work I received from DCFS it states-medical neglect--allegations of harm #079. My grandson was released from the hospital from birth into my care on an apena machine. A worker from a pharmacy brought the machine over to my home and explained how it works and what to do if the machine "beeps." I after 6 weeks asked the doctor when he would be released from the machine, and since the doctor was not an expert on bradycardia, he stated he would have to get the advice of an expert on the issues. That resulted in a "specialist" getting involved and stating that the baby should have been on this machine 24/7. Then the specialist called DCFS and reported neglect.

I also need to get an attorney to help me sue DCFS for failure to do their jobs in protecting a child from harm, when the step mother was accused of sexual abuse. They allowed the accused side to spend time with him alone against our well. Plus, the other grandparent has inside connections within this office and as soon as she arrived at the office everyone's attitude changed totally. We still have not received any type of documents on the matter and this happened in 2007. Plus the officer that was involved in the investigation, put forth an arrest warrant against the mother shortly after the report was made for visitation interference, when she was only trying to protect the child, and keep the child safe until the case was completed. Everything that we have done from that point on has failed, even going to court and trying to get an order of protection against the now step mother! They don't care about protecting children, they only care about taking children away from good parents, and giving them over to a molester. I don't understand why they are not held accountable to protect the child, and this child is still being abused by this person, mentally, phsyically, emotionally, and it will not do us any good to take it to those people because they don't do their job.

Mablle: Prove the inside connections. That's a conflict of interest and is fraud. Any fraud by the system renders every action and/or subsequent action by the court VOID - of no legal force or effect. Any violation of ones right to due process does that. They also possibly violated your right to a trial, your right to be free from unlawful search and seizure, your equal protection rights, your right to be free from malicious prosecution, etc. Any rights violation makes their decision VOID. First appeal the decision with DCFS and do it quick. The other persons inside connections may cause a conflict of interest that would cause you need to file a motion for a change of venue (going to a different county).

Google around for lawsuits and dirt on the officials involved to further discredit them. Also give them notice that you're issuing a reward to any person that convinces their contributors to cut off all of their funding. That creates a conflict and forces them off your case.

The DCFS worker is not a doctor and has no authority to say that a child needed certain medical care. When they gfo past what they can do, they lose jurisdiction.

Post those workers names and where they work along with what they did all over the internet. Get pictures of them from their facebooks if you can find them.

To further discredit them, use the artcile: Illinois DCFS accidentally places 3000 innocent people on its official registry of child abusers - won't apologize. Google that.

And DCFS cannot blame you for a doctors mistakes.

Keep calling the officlas involved. Record yourself talking to them on video camera and point the camera at the phone before they answer so that you can prove who you were calling and when. Don't record them though because it's illegal. Later they will about what you said and if they do it under oath, you can prove that they're committing perjury, fraud, conspiracy, etc.

Bury them with paper work.

Call family defense center in chicagon for advice, and keep searching Google and YouTube for more into on this. A lot of info is right in the US Constitution.

Google to see what certain statutes are (like failure to report child abuse or failure to take one, official misconduct, etc.). Add what they did to your court motions and pursue criminal charges. Prosecutors won't help you because they're getting rich off DCFS. But you can file an arrest without a warrant motion in federal court to have them locked up. It may not work but its worth trying.

Find victims of the same officials.

Get sworn depositions from them on audio and video so that they will admit to breaking the law and will changing their stories.

You may need a lawyer but that can be 40-100 thousand or more for this, and most lawyers won't stand up and tell officials that they can't do what they did becuasse it was illegal. Lawyers are almost always in on the scam too, they make the most money from this.

Youi can also file a motion to vacate the judgement through the cicruit court. If you have no luck there, then go through the appellate court.

File lawsuits fast, make YouTube videos about what happened and circulate them, and go to the media.

Also remember your right to the reports is a violation of your rights. They're violating your right to confront your accuser, present or view evidence, etc. You have to request the reports from the state central register for you to ger it and even then, they may refuse to give it you you.

Should people let DCFS in their house? Usually NOT. But sometimes the worst thing you can do is not talk to them.

What they are doing is kidnapping, fraud, extortion, etc. and to alienate a child from a parents life is CHILD ABUSE. DCFS wrokers are CHILD ABUSERS. Put signs up around their office so people know what they did. Put signs and posters in every local business around the DCFS office within a 20 block radius.

Confront them on the issues on video right at their office.

Have a friend set up a talk show for free at talkshow.com or another free talkshow website. That friend can do stupid interviews with public officials like cops on that show and thank them for their work in public service. Your friend then calls the DCFS workers involved and asks them to be a guest on the show to address the issue of rampant child abuse, to discuss what can be done to prevent it, and to (in a lying way)thank them for helping families. Then, you crash the show and have the whole show rigged so you can casll them out on certain things and catch them in lies or least other direct admissions. That will create a LEGAL recording of their misconduct.

Often times you can talk to them really fast and aggressively (but don't break any law)and overstimulate their senses with so many issues mentioned so fast and so loud in just a matter of seconds. You then aggravate them and threaten to suie and impeach them. They will often threaten to frame you. If you can catch them doing that on a recorded show (that is free and easy to set up), you have a heck of a case against them.

Does their Facebook suggest that they get drunk? Find out what bars they go to, have someone video tape what they're doing and getting behind the wheel, box them in so they can't drive away, and call 911.

Never back down. Keep fighting and stay in their face evry second. Completely bombard them.

Also save money on paper service by serving them with legal papers yourself, and do it at their homes - at 2:00 A.M. Have it all filmed on video. Before going to their homes, go to all of their neighbros homes. Tell their neighbors what they did, that they are child abusers and molesters, and that they are in serious legal trouble. Ask where they hang out, who they hang out with, everything. Their neighbors won't want people pounding on their door again, so they'll be more than happy to assist you. Even offer their neighbors a reward in exchange for them catching the DCFS worker doing something illegal, or really stupid.

Keep bombarding them with paper work. You can spend just 30 seconds modifying a court motion, a few minutes mailing it in to file it with the court, and then go back to their homes to serve them again. They'll have nothing to do but read hundreds and hundreds of legal papers every day, and will have time for nothing else.

Pay a neighbor of theirs to have a block party-like get together, to invite them, and to let you have a friend of yours there that is extremely attractive. Get the DCFS worker completely trashed, and get it on film. After your accomplice has gotten the DCFS workers interest and is (FAKE) dating them, they should send that worker sexual phone voice messages, and encourage the DCFS worker to send some back. They need to make it as graphic as possible without breaking the law, and sucker the DCFS worker into sending them voice messages back to them that would sound really sick and would make them look really stupid. Then send those voice mails to the media, put them all over YouTube, etc.

While hanging out with the DCFS worker, your accomplice can ask tehm to take pictures with them on their cell phone. They can then ask for a picture of the DCFS worker. The accomplice should tell them to smile and say cheese. They then should say, "You're not smiling enough!". Then they should tell a crazy sick joke, and then say, "Say something funny like my boss sucks ****, or tell me what you'd like to do to me in bed. That way you'll have a bigger smile on your face. Cmon, say it!". Then instead of using their cell phojne to take a picture, your accomplice will be filimg it all on video and after sending that video to the news, you will have the laugh of your life.
