Please help my stepsister is staying with me and I can't take it anymore she doen't clean and her one year old keeps fighting my three year old and to make it worse its her and her boyfriend and they both don't do anything and now my boyfriends upset because he wants our home to ourself so what should I do without being mean!!

This is more a legal question then anything else, so it's been moved.

The main questions here are how long has she been staying with you? Was then any written or verbal agreement as to what contribution she was going to make to the household? And where is your general location (Laws vary by area so any legal issue needs to include your general area).
