    Outside condencer stopped working
When turning ac unit on from inside, the outside condenser just makes a clicking noise and does not run. I went to fuse panel and reset the ac switches and no change.

Yes. The outside unit is protected by a circuit breaker located in your main house panel. Make sure to turn it all the way off and then back on to reset it.

There is usually a pair of fuses or circuit breaker in the disconnect located by the outdoor unit it self. Sometimes the fuses are located on an item called a pull out and sometimes they are mounted behind the dead front of the disconnect itself.

To measure and make sure the correct voltage is present at all areas of the A/C power distribution for the outside unit you will need a meter for testing the electric circuit. A meter can also tell you which fuse is defective.
Happy hunting and be careful around electric.
