What happens if I don't get merandized
If I got arrested and wasn't read my rights and they didn't tell me what I was been arrested for and then interigated me. Could the charges be dropped ?

    Hello gabe:

If you confessed WITHOUT having been Mirandized, the confession can't be used against you.

Your so-called Miranda rights require that you be warned, at the time of an arrest, that anything you say may be used in the case against you. If they failed to "mirandize" you, then whatever you said cannot be used as part of your prosecution. This would also rule out any evidence gathered based on anything you said. However, evidence obtained independently can still be used. So no the charge would only be dropped if they did not have sufficient legally obtained evidence.
