I have been chatting with this guy for a couple of months.. He seems really nice and we have a lot in common.. I said to him why not chat on the phone.He said a the moment he is not ready for it.. Not sure why not.. I know for a fact he told me he had a bad relationship.. My question is should I give him more time or stop chatting with him.. Its been about 3 months.. So how long is to long..

Three months and he is not ready for a telephone conversation.

To me this seems to indicate there is a problem.

I would not put too much more time into this.

Ask him outright what his intentions are.

He's hiding something. He could be dangerous or married or an axe murderer. Stay away from him. End the online chats.

No phone chatting... really? Ummm does he have something to hide? Like is he living with his girlfriend perhaps? Ummm yeah I definantly wouldn't hold out for this guy.. something doesn't sound right... I mean that actually sounds pretty ridiculous...

I'd be backing away from that chap. After 3 months if he has no interest in talking to you, then he's definitely flying a big red flag.

He may not be who he says he is. He could be a married man or a criminal - just move on and find a local guy to date.

Why waste time with someone who is not ready after 3 freakin' months?
