I have a goodman outdoor ac unit. The outside fan works but no air is blowing out of the top of the ac unit and the house is not cooling. It seems odd there would be no air blowing from the outside unit.

The outside fan works? But does not blow air? Sounds like it is not working.

Of course its not working, that's why I am asking. The fan on the outside unit is not blowing any air up and out of the unit. The fan itself is working. When you put your hand over the fan you don't feel any air or very little air. Hope this clarifies. Thanks.

If a new motor, rotation correct? Outside coil clogged needs cleaned.
