    My dad was charged with a misterminer and now has to go to misterminer court what will happen now?

    I am not sure who Mister Miner is, but there are misdemeanors. And there are normally just courts where you go.

    But they will either plead innocent or guilty, and if they plead innocent they will have a trial.
