Rule #1 in weight loss. NOTHING good happens quickly.
You didn't get that way overnight, and you aren't going to change it overnight. Limit the junk food and sweets, get more active physically with sports and exercise, basically stuff that has you running and jumping a lot.
But NO crash diet is good for your health, and worse crash dieting leads to rebound which means you may lose it quick... but what you lost goes right back on and then some.
You have to change things in your life for the long term that caused you to put the extra weight on in the first place. That's nearly always not enough exercise or eaching too much of the wrong foods and drinks. Do it right and you will be healthier and happier.
ThankYhoo I will listen to that
I am cutting down on the sweets now and I don't drink any fizzy drinks , anyway thanks for the info
Common mistake made by way too many people of all ages. Wanting to do it too quick, and ruin their health by doing it. Trust me... weight can creap up on you and old habits ARE hard to break. But to lose it and keep it off its what you have to do. This is personal experience speaking.
I know but I want to be really skinny like any other person :/ .
Just want to be really skinny , and I'm to young to hava liposuction I've only just turned 13
Not everyone is destined to be skinny as a rail. Your bone structure determines a lot as to what is your right weight. Shoot for what's right for you, don't try to emulate someone with a totally different build and body type. Being underweight can be as unhealthy as being overweight.
Long story short is this. Focus more on getting and staying physically fit... and the weight problem will probibly take care of itself as you get there. Don't focus on just one thing, Look at this as a system. Most of us don't get enough physical activity. If we do, it helps us in many ways... not just weight. Its not Just about what you eat and how much but everything else as well. Developing the right good habits in the "system" will not only help with the one problem you think about now, but it will help you get where you want, help you stay there, and most of all, benefit you for the rest of your life by avoiding what affects far too many people today.
Even if you were old enough, liposuction is a quick cure... it doesn't address what causes it, and you would be right back in the same situation in months or years because you didn't adjust your food intake for your specific metabolism.. or get the needed exercise.
And as a word of encouragement... it is easier to do if you start young and before you are 100 lbs overweight with health problems caused by being overweight. And you will not only look good, but you will feel good AND be healthier if you get a lot of exercise, eat healthy and maintain the correct weight. And I do emphacise "CORRECT" weight. Its NOT always what you might think it is, and importantly wish it is. Your Family doctor can guide you are to what is the right weight for you. You don't want to get any eating disorders that can be very unhealthy or deadly trying to get to an maintain a weight that's not right for your body size and type.
Thank you I'v red through it all :)
And I'm gunah exercise more and cut out the junk .
