Can I collect from my siblings portion of our inheretance the amount she listed on her bankruptcy that she owed me?
So you were a creditor of your sister's when she went bankrupt? At that time when her bankruptcty was discharged as a creditor you should have received a copy of the discharge order that dictates what you were entitled to receive. If that was "many years ago" and you did not contest the discharge notice at that time I don't see how you have any rights now to go after her assets. But if the case is not yet discharged you may have an opportunity to collect something, but it would depend on where her debt to you stands in the prioritization list among all her creditors.
