    Here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CBR) are a few possibilities for CBR.
    I'm guessing Cost-Benefit Ratio, Crude Birth Rate, or Cosmic Background Radiation. If it is the later Capuchin is going to be all over this one :)

    You're probably referring to the graph of a Calculator Based Ranger. It is a sonic motion detector that simply hooks up to a standard graphing calculator to provide a graph of velocity vs. time.
