However, you send radio waves whenever you use a wireless cell phone or a wi-fi or blue tooth device (PC, head set, iPhone, iPad, etc.). If you want to communicate over radio you can use a cell phone, or a cordlesss phone, or you can buy an inexpensive pair of walkie-talkies. Is this what you're asking about?
