    Cant live anymore
I don't know whether if its wrong or right but I like clicking my nude pictures but I delete them after sometime and my boyfriend has also made some videos of bedtime moments... I have lost many memory cards and when I sell away my cell phone to get a new one... I give my memory card away with that... but couple of months before I got to know about the recovery card software where we can get the deleted data back... I am truly worried thinking about those memory cards I have lost and given away... this is killing me every single day... I can't even tell this to anyone... and can't even forget about it so easily... there is no solution... I just want to die..

I'm going to flag your question to someone who might be able to tell you how difficult or easy it is to retrieve data on a memory card.

They may not be online at the moment, but keep an eye on your post.

Once you know either way,you will be better able to deal with how your feeling.

If would seem to me that someone would have to go to a lot of trouble to get a card recovery software, mostly I would think its just for personal use,and to get back really important stuff.

I wonder would the store people have checked that there was nothing on the memory card?

You know you could be in a panic over nothing...

OK,I made a call to the 'carphone warehouse',they sell phones etc,and asked about retrieving pictures videos on a memory card if they were deleted.

He said no.I could not on a phone memory card.

Hopefully another poster can verify that.

That's one thing out of the way.

The next is the ones you lost.

I'm afraid there is not much you can do about that, but the person would not have the PIN for the phone once it ran out of battery they could not use the memory card... (I could be wrong, but I think that's how it works,)

Edit: if it was just the card,it could easily get damaged and be totally useless.

Just done a quick search and unfortunately yes they can be recovered... HOWEVER the software needed is expensive and it just wouldn't be worth peoples time and effort to bother recovering pictures off a memory card, especially when they don't know what is on it.

I have bought several second hand phones and recovery pictures off the memory hasn't even crossed my mind.

As for the cards you lost like Red said they can be damaged very easily so odds are they would be unusable anyway if you dropped them outside somewhere.

Your posts are pretty hard to read, did you mean to say that you deleted all of the pics before losing that one memory card and returning the other two to the carrier's retail store? If that's the case, then you're worrying over nothing.

The guy's at the retail store have a job and they get paid by the hour (usually), so they won't be wasting time trying to recover your pics.

As for the one you lost, most people, even in the ones in the IT field, don't have the know-how to retrive previously deleted data. That's something only forensic scientists and students at MIT do, and all of the time the data is incomplete, so they can't make sense of it anyway.
