Many years ago I saw a movie or it could have been something from a television show where there was a boy and a man. They were in a room together and it was raining outside. The boy told the man about the snake man who is always outside. The man opens the door to show him that there is nothing outside, and then when the boy says that the snake man is always out there a hand breaks through the window and grabs the boy, they make a run for it and then they see the boys father, who says he can't do anything about it and they run down a hallway and then the come up to a doorway and then the snake man finds them and then the man chops off the snakemans head. The next scene there is a picture of it depicting it as a humanoid shape kobra.
