I may be in the wrong place but maybe someone can answer my question. Every time I try to login to hotmail it asks for my password. It hasn't always done this. It use to just go on to my hotmail page. Now it asks for the address and the password to go to my e-mail. I have told it to remember them but it still asks for it. Thank you

I am not a computer expert but I beleave your issue maybe due to the cookies on your computer, if you clear them this can effect the computer not being recognised, and this would be why hotmail would ask you to confirm your security detail to access your account ! As they would not know it was your computer logging in to your account.

If you clear your internet history, or have a fire wall like McAfee which has a shreader option, this could be the problem.
