    Foxtail in dogs nose
My dog inhaled a fox tail I managed to get a good portion of it out but I believe that the rest is still inside. He is not weezing or crying or sneezing right now. What should I do?

    Sariss

If your dog is comfortable, wait until the morning and take him to the vet. Those buggers can and will burrow in the skin and cause infections a few days/weeks later. Getting the rest out may require sedation.
Don't leave it, those can migrate through the body anywhere. If you have mineral oil in the meantime, place a drop or two into his nose, it should slow things.
