Anyone out there tried the challenge yet?

The other day I was at the grocery store and picked up a pack and decided to see what happens. I'm 18 at 5'9" and 140lbs.

Not sure what Activia is supposed to do so can someone explain that part?

Oh and if someone has tried the challenge what changed for you?

Just curious if this whole thing works.

I had to use it when my medication was interfering with my normal digestion. I found it helped with my digestion, I had less upset or indigestion. And was much more regular.

Does it do anything else beside help with digestion?

It's just yogurt. Please do not be swayed by advertising.

It has to do with help with balance of good bacteria. Or so my doctor who told me to use it when I was on some medication
