My period was a week late. Since arriving it has been super light but I still have painful cramps. Normally very regular. Should I take a pregnancy test?

Would be a good idea if you think pregnancy is a possibility. Your period may just be off, but try a test and see what results you get. If negative, either try another test in about a week's time, or see what happens with your period next month.
