    Terrifying dreams
Over the past 6 months I have been having terrible nightmares, in each of them someone is trying to hurt me, and most recently that person is my boyfriend. These dreams only happen when staying at my boyfriends house, I am desperate to know what this means as my partner is amazing, I've recently come out of a 5 year relationship which was quite bad, but my current partner who I've been with for almost a year is everything I could ever want and treats me like a queen, can anyone explain what the problem is?

I am not going to pretend I know what dreams mean.
But I know professional counselors can help you work through them.

Our minds are still understood only a little.
The dreams our minds create are mostly a mystery.

You could check into counseling, it couldn't do any harm.

    I wish you well

    Hello Missjessica,

I have had scary dreams myself. I dream a lot about my Father trying to hurt/harm my children. Now, he is an amazing Father as well as Grandfather. It's bizarre how our minds work.

    I would't worry about it.
