My husband received four years of probation and has violated it but he already has 7 months back time on the case
If he violated his probation he could be sentenced up to the full four years probation in prison. Any time he served on probation is not considered
The only time that counts in a probation case would be time served in jail. Just because he completed 7 months probation means nothing to the Judge. Don't count on the 7 months counting for anything other than a delay in him serving time in jail.
