Might be worms, which are not uncommon. Certainly take your puppy into the vet to be checked. Hope she feels better soon!

The vet is your only option at this stage...

There could be something seriously wrong,in fact,THERE IS something seriously wrong.

Take her in to get checked today. Puppies that young can go from bad to worse quickly. Is she from a litter you have at home? Would be quite young to be away from mom.

We can all guess at the many possibilities that could be causing your pup to be sick, but regardless if we were all right on the money with our guesses, you NEED to take her to the vet, or risk having her die. Please, give this puppy the care she deserves and get her looked at by a professional.

And if you have the entore litter, please take the rest of the pups as well as mom.

Same adsvice as above, you will need to take her to the vet. There are just too many possibilities.
