My daughter hates me too. She is 20years old failed college. I tried to steer her to the right directions but she blames me for everything. I ripped into last week and told me that verbally abuse all my kids. I tried to give them everything that I can afford but somehow that is not good enough. Being a single mom is extra hard. I have 3 children, a daughter and 2 sons. My sons are 19 and 16. They don't do anything but eat and sleep. My daughter just started a job as a nanny for her b/f's nephew. Life is so hard for me as they get older. They demand so many things all the time. You're not alone, I feel your pain I am dealing everyday myself. I wish they know how to self sufficient so I can have peace of mind. Some nights I couldn't sleep because of worrying about them. I don't know how they going to survive without me. Life is tough but they don't understand no matter what I say or do. Whatever I said they would take it as a negative thing.

Is life going to get any better? My life seems to screw up one way or another on a daily basis. Sometimes little things and sometimes big things. The people that live with me have lots of conflicts. I hate it!

Is your daughter telling the truth? Did you verbally abuse them? Or do you feel she is just being an ungrateful girl?

You say you are concerned how they will survive without you and you wish they knew how to be self-sufficient. So, I am left wondering what you have done to prepare them for this? Is eating and sleeping how the boys spend all their time? Have they ever had to work for anything? Would you like us to give you some ideas on how to get their lazy butts out of bed and learn how to take responsibility for themselves?
