I wouldn't trust a website to advertise that you wish to babysit.

The best thing is word of mouth around your neighborhood, or flyers to your neighbors.

Do you belong to a church? Ask them to allow you to post an ad. You don't want to go to people's homes unless your parents have approved of them.
